These terms apply to reports bought from marketresearchimpact.com, operated by RI Technologies.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each report page for the Single Site and Global Site Licence. An order is accepted when payment is received or when we issue an invoice for it.
Payment
Payment is made through PayPal, or by bank transfer against our invoice. Bank and transfer charges are paid by the buyer.
Delivery
Reports are delivered as a PDF by email within one working day of payment. If you have not received your report within two working days of payment, contact contactus@marketresearchimpact.com.
Licence
Each report is licensed, not sold, for the internal use of the purchasing organization under the licence chosen at purchase. The licence terms form part of these terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Because reports are digital products delivered in full on purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the report has been sent. If a file is damaged or incomplete, we will replace it. Please request sample pages before ordering if you want to confirm the scope.
Liability
Reports are prepared with care from sources believed to be reliable. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. See the disclaimer.
